Cleo’s Urban Adventures is usually a place where I celebrate travel, culture, history, and the beauty of discovering new places.
Today, however, I am making an exception.
As a Venezuelan, I cannot remain silent while my home country faces the devastating aftermath of the recent earthquakes.
Thousands of families have been affected. Many have lost their homes, while others are living in temporary shelters or with relatives. Beyond the immediate need for food, clean water, medical care, and emergency supplies, many people now face the difficult reality that rebuilding their homes and communities will take months—if not years.
