Right now, I live in New York City — a big, buzzing place with something always happening. But you don’t need a skyline to feel alive. Even in a small town, you can uncover something new — a hidden trail, a quiet café, or a nearby town you’ve never explored.

Why I Started This Blog
Like many of us, I work a full-time administrative job during the week. My days are filled with responsibilities, e-mails and routines. But when the weekend comes, that’s MY TIME to explore, recharge, and get creative
I launched Cleo’s Urban Adventures to document those weekend moments — when I trade my desk for the streets of NYC (or wherever I can reach!) and chase a little adventure.

Adventure doesn’t always require a passport. Sometimes, it’s just about being open — to new foods, local events, or that museum you’ve always walked past but never entered.
How I Get Around (and Why It Matters)
I explore NYC on my trusty scooter (Named Yrina) and public transportation — no fancy travel setup here! I use a cane and avoid stairs, so I’ve picked up helpful mobility tips for navigating the city. If you have mobility challenges, know that you’re not alone, and yes, adventure is still possible.
Just Getting Started – And That’s Okay
I’ll be honest — I’m in a learning curve, not very clear of what am I doing, but always with good spirit and excitement. The road ahead is foggy, but also full of possibilities. Cleo’s Urban Adventures is a creative outlet, a personal journey, and hopefully, an inspiration for others to break your routine and find magic in the everyday
